This Villa is a small paradise in the heart of Tuscany where you can relax and enjoy the unspoiled nature around you. In this oasis of peace about 40km from Siena, a typical Tuscan farmhouse from 1200 AD has come back to life.
Completely restored and in full respect of the original structure, the villa is equipped with all the comforts required today to give you and your guests a comfortable holiday in a family environment, where everyone can find their own space thanks to the generous size of the rooms.
The large living area consists of an entrance hall, TV room, lounge with fireplace and billiards and a dining room that can accommodate up to 60 people connected to a terrace with a pleasant view of the sunset where a bio pergola creates additional space for banquets bringing the total seating capacity for over 140 people. Comfortable sofas and armchairs complete the furnishings.

The modern and professional kitchen is equipped with everything you need. On request we can organize cooking lessons or prepare buffet breakfasts or cook typical dinners for you using our organic products and local products.
The 12 rooms are all equipped with private bathroom with shower. They are all doubles with the possibility for some to add beds to reach a maximum capacity of 36 guests. On the upper floor, a suite has access to a private terrace.

The whole structure is air-conditioned for maximum comfort at any time of the year and a series of games (table tennis, table football, darts, board games, etc.) are available to our guests.
For those who love to visit the artistic beauties of Tuscany, our farm is located in a strategic position: Colle Val d’Elsa, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena are all just over 30 min drive, Florence less than one hour. The abbey of San Galgano is about 25 Km. At our Villa you will live an unforgettable stay among history, art, nature, entertainment, delicious food, excellent wine and of course our amazing extra virgin olive oil.
